User Agreement.

Administration of the information resource hotlist.biz, hereinafter the Administration, and an individual posting information on this resource, hereinafter the User, have entered into this User Agreement, hereinafter the Agreement, as follows.

The Administration grants the User the right to post the following information on the information resource hotlist.biz:

The user is prohibited from the following:

• post materials containing computer codes designed to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or programs, to carry out unauthorized access, as well as serial numbers to commercial software products, logins, passwords and other means to obtain unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet;
• intentional or accidental violation of any applicable local, state or international law;
• collecting and storing personal data of other users;
• drug advertising;
• records in someone's address containing rude and offensive expressions, suggestions and threats;
• entries containing pornographic material.

The administration has the right:

• Store, process and disclose the user's personal data.
• at its own discretion create, modify, cancel the Terms of use of the information resource hotlist.biz;
• restrict access to any information posted by the User at its own discretion; delete information posted by the User, the User's account;
• refuse to register an account for a User whose account was previously deleted for violating the terms of the Agreement;
• Restrict access temporarily or permanently for violation of the rules and / or user agreement.

User undertakes:

• ensure the accuracy of the information provided;
• when distributing information, the creator of which the User is not, ensure that it includes reliable information about the owner of this information or another person disseminating information, in a form and volume that are sufficient to identify such a person;
• not to disseminate information that is aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided;
• not to disrupt the site's performance by posting information containing viruses, creating additional load on the server, using programs that are not conditioned by the functional content of the information resource, and in other ways.

Responsibilities of the parties

If the User has posted information, the distribution of which is limited or prohibited by federal laws, violates copyright or other rights protected by law, the User bears full responsibility for its placement.
In case of a complaint from the copyright holder about the placement of his materials by the User, the Administration has the right to delete such information or request documents confirming the copyright.

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement

The Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the User and the Administration and regulates the conditions for the User to provide Materials for posting on the Site.
This agreement comes into force from the moment of registration by the User on the information resource hotlist.biz and extends for an indefinite period.
